By accessing KITE Care & Community Services website and using our community support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These terms apply to all users, visitors, service recipients, and others who access or use our community support services.
2. Description of Services
KITE Care & Community Services provides person-centred community support services including SEND support for children and young people, Community Buddy Programme, independence and life skills coaching, community inclusion services, supported living, appropriate adult services, youth mentoring, and family support.

3. Eligibility for Services
KITE Care services are available to children, young people, adults, and families who require community-based support. Eligibility is determined through an initial assessment process to ensure we can meet individual needs effectively.

4. User Accounts and Registration
When you create an account or register for our services, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account or service provision.

5. Service Delivery and Cancellation
KITE Care is committed to delivering high-quality services as agreed in individual support plans. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled support sessions.
6. Payment and Fees
Payment for KITE Care services is agreed upon during the initial assessment and outlined in individual service agreements. We offer flexible payment options including direct payments, personal budgets, and local authority funding where applicable.
Our payment policy includes:
- Clear fee structures provided before service commencement
- Monthly invoicing for ongoing services
- Payment terms of 30 days from invoice date
- Late payment charges may apply
- Financial assistance options available for eligible individuals
7. Data Protection and Privacy
KITE Care is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws. We collect and process data solely for the purpose of delivering our services and improving your experience.

8. Safeguarding Commitment

10. Complaints Procedure

- We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days
- You can escalate to external bodies if dissatisfied
11. Limitation of Liability
KITE Care provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KITE Care & Community Services harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
13. Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or for safeguarding reasons.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
